The Heart of an Adopted Child . . .
now supporting Orphans!
Many people are choosing to Adopt a Child due to one reason or another! To many it appears to be an easy process but becomes very complicated as the child approaches their teen years with a lot of question that point to abandonment and why their parents did not want them. It often goes as far as what did I do wrong that they did not want me? This can be a difficult process and often parents and child do not understand each other or know how to communicate successfully. As a Adopted Triplet born in August of 1964 in Amanda Ohio I know and understand this grieving process because it began around the age of ten years old. Although Betty and Sam did not show their concerns or ask questions it was apparent I was alone, lost, and hurting. The Testimony the Lord has given will open eyes, hearts, and minds to receive a better understanding to those in the midst of this adoption transition! Pastors . . . . let's focus on the needs of families that have chosen to adopt. Through the Word of God healing can begin with prayer, intervention, and a testimony that speaks for itself! After all we have all been adopted into the Body of Christ!

An adopted child isn't an unloved child; rather, one that was loved so much by someone who was willing to sacrifice her greatest accomplishment so that the child could have more than just her love. Someone who is willing to break her own heart to mend others; someone who . . . watches others tears of joy through her tears of sorrow.
By adopting a child and helping them reach their potential, they help us reach ours. An adopted child is not an unwanted child; to the contrary. They are a child who was searched for, prayed for, cried for, begged for; received by arms that ached, making empty hearts full. Love is meant to be shared."
